Refund Policy
Lifetime Travel provides a 10 calendar day cancellation period (for California residents, the cancellation period is 14 calendar days), meaning you may request and receive a 100% refund within 10 calendar days from the date of your purchase, after which your purchase becomes binding and non-refundable.
A trial membership account will be created for you within 48 hours of your purchase. During the cancelllation period you will be able to access your trial account and search inventory. During the cancellation period, Hotel savings will be approximately half of the savings you'll enjoy once your full Silver, Gold or Diamond membership benefits have activated. Also, you will not receive any reward credits for bookings made during the trial period. Your Silver, Gold or Diamond membership will be created after the cancellation period has expired and will take approximately 2 business days to setup.
A concierge appointment will be scheduled after the cancellation period has expired, and a concierge representative will personally explain all the benefits and features of our system.

How to request a refund:
Step 1. Order one of our memberships and test it for up to 10 days.
Step 2. If you're not fully satisfied with the discounts and benefits of your membership during the 10-day trial period, simply send us an email requesting your refund.
Step 3. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
​​​​​​​Should you request a refund, we'd appreciate it if you could tell us the reason you're not satisfied with your membership. Sometimes we can help explain how to use a feature and the benefits you'll enjoy as a member. Keep in mind, our Concierge Department is available to help you book your vacations, including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, car rentals, and activities. Most of our members book their own vacations, but they are there to help you enjoy the deepest discounts, and have the best experience possible, as a member.
